As part of the Paris 2024 Games, we are receiving a large number of orders and emails.

Are the “no longer available for sale” products permanently out of stock on your site ?

Yes, the “no longer available for sale” products are currently out of stock.

However, it is possible that a few items may become available again over the next few weeks due to order cancellations and/or returns.

We will not be restarting production of our Paris 2024 accessories.


How do I add pins to my order ?

Due to the very large number of orders received, and in order to be able to dispatch them all as quickly as possible, we are no longer accepting requests to add pins to current orders.

We apologize for this inconvenience and hope you understand.


Why is my order in “pending” status ?

If your order has this status and you have paid by credit card, then your order has not been validated because the payment has not been completed.

There are several reasons for this: insufficient funds, expired card, 3D secure not validated.

Please renew your order, once validated you should receive an order confirmation email.


I haven't received my order yet, what's the status ?

We have received a large number of orders for the Paris 2024 Games.

All our teams are currently mobilized to dispatch all orders received, including yours, as quickly as possible.


I haven't received my delivery tracking number. What should I do ?

Due to a computer problem, the emails informing of the dispatch of orders from the beginning of August could not be sent.

For customers who have already sent us an email, our customer service team will do its utmost to reply as quickly as possible. Please do not send multiple emails.


My order is missing an item or is defective, what should I do ?

If an item is missing from your order, your order may have been partially shipped.

Please wait a few days to check whether you have received a second parcel. If this is not the case, please send us a message via our contact form by clickinh here.
