Drago Paris takes an approach to continual improvement based on five principles:

Our objects celebrate excellence in every area. We apply the highest standards of exactingness at every level of our crafting, from design to manufacture and from presentation to customer service.
Quality control is conducted at every stage of the production process. Our Quality department ensures that all the pieces we craft meet the highest standards. It makes use of a high-performance laboratory equipped with cutting-edge instruments that make it possible to guarantee the quality of our products.
A sustainably limited environmental impact Our approach to the environment
The beauty of an object reflects the way that it is crafted, so its impact takes on a special meaning.
Based on that conviction, we strive to limit the environmental impact of our manufacturing processes on a daily basis with:
- the 'zero discharge' principle for the industrial equipment at our workshops, ensuring a closed circuit to avoid discharging polluted water into the environment,
- paper and cardboard recycling,
- the reduction of packaging and the non-use of plastic, foam, or polystyrene inserts.
A waste-free workshop Our approach to the environment
Since metal crafting is our focus, we have organised our production to optimise the use of more than 99.5% of our supplies:
- All remaining gold and silver fragments are directly melted at our workshops so that over 99.9% of scraps are reused in our products,
- All base metals - copper, bronze, aluminium, and steel - are sorted and sent back to our suppliers to be melted down and reused.
Environmental certification EcoVadis certification
EcoVadis – the world’s foremost CSR performance (Corporate Social Responsibility) assessment platform – evaluates ethical, social, and environmental performance.
Thanks to its earnest CSR commitments and measures, Drago Paris earned an EcoVadis silver medal in 2022 and now rates among the top 25 % of all companies evaluated. With a score of 56/100, our results acknowledge our efforts to improve our ethical, social, and environmental performance.
This evaluation encourages us to pursue our initiatives, and offers an opportunity to determine new areas for improvement as we strive for a gold medal!
